My healthy breakfast on the first morning of November. No Nutella or chocolate sprinkles for me anymore!
Instead of a glass of milk I decided to make myself a cup of nettle tea. My mom drinks it all the time and she told me that it was a great way to boost your metabolism. I expected it to taste really gross but it turned out to be quite yummy!
As for working out, I'm kinda addicted to Blogilates (Cassey Ho) and all her videos. She posts workout and pilates videos on her youtube channel and runs a blog. My favorite Blogilates videos so far are the ''Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge'' and the ''What Makes You Bootyful Butt Challenge''. You should definitely check them out!
