Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2012

The lingerie, the pink, the glitz and of course, the Angels.. yes, it can only be the legendary Victoria's Secret Fashion Show! While the show doesn't air until December 4th on CBS, the annual event took place at New York's Lexington Armory on Wednesday. The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is one of those shows that sets the bar really high each time. Last year, Jay Z, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj and Maroon 5 performed alongside several VS Angels so which artists would you have to hire this year? Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars, obviously! This year's catwalk will present 65 different costumes and 28 pairs of Angel wings.

Although I was quite disappointed Barbara only got one outfit, I'm glad it was an ''important'' one, as Victoria's Secret are famous for their Christmas range. However, it reminded me of the Jingle Bell Rock scene from the movie Mean Girls, haha!

As for VS Angel Alessandra Ambrosio, she finally made her dream come true on Wednesday night when she modelled the $2.5 million (!) Fantasy Bra for this year's show. It's the first time Alessandra has worn the iconic bra, eleven years after Heidi Klum showed off the very first Fantasy Bra. She looked stunning with her orchid wings and of course the Floral Fantasy Bra set during the 'Angels in Bloom' segment. According to London Jewelers, who created this piece of art, the bra consists of over 5000 stones and has 186 carats.
